We are currently looking for a QA Engineer to join his dynamic team.
- Participate in the design of major features from initial requirements through customer acceptance;
- Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, analyse and report test results;
- Manage all test activities for development projects, including bug/defect tracking and reporting, integration/user-acceptance and regression testing activities;
- Promptly report, document and inform upon any issues that may impact upon the product development lifecycle;
- Work side by side with the development team to test and verify software applications, assisting the team in achieving the desired quality in their products;
- Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery;
- Provide support in resolving critical production issues (along with the development team).
- +3 years of relevant working experience;
- Proficient with Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, defect management system and documentation;
- Developing test plans, test suite, test cases;
- Exploratory testing;
- Experience using a test management tool e.g. Xray;
- Web & API applications testing, Data testing;
- JIRA or similar tools;
- Ability to generate test effort estimates;
- Ability to interpret test results for release decisions;
- Very good communication skills;
- ISTQB Foundation level - nice to have;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience - nice to have;
- Automation experience - nice to have.
